Puppy Contract

Once you have agreed to purchase a puppy you will need to sign this contract and return it to us. You will need to sign and make a copy to keep for yourself and mail me back the orginal. If you do not mail me back a signed copy of this contract in a one week after purchase of puppy this contract is void.

Seller warrants, to the best of my knowledge that the above-described puppy is in good health and of pet quality at the time puppy leaves Seller's possession.  Reasonable care has been exercised to prevent or eliminate parasites and/or skin problems.

Buyer should  have a licensed veterinarian examine this puppy within 48 hrs of purchase.  If a licensed veterinarian declares this puppy in unacceptable health and the puppy and AKC papers are returned to Seller within 8 hrs of the exam, Seller will gladly refund the purchase price or exchange for another similar puppy if one is available at that time. Shipping will not be refund, only purchase price of the puppy.  A written statement from the veterinarian is required.  Buyer has to ship the puppy back at their own cost.

If within the first {12} months of age, a licensed veterinarian diagnoses this puppy with a health defect that causes death, or life threatening (Such as kidney, liver and,heart), puppy will be replaced with one puppy of equal or less value {as per original purchase price} as soon as one is available. Buyer will be responsible for price difference if buyer chooses a puppy of greater value.  There are no cash refunds.  In order to exercise such replacement options, Buyer must submit, from a licensed veterinarian, either a medical report stating that a severe health problem tributed to a life threatening defect exists, or proof of death.  Should a death occur due to an unknown cause, a licensed veterinarian must perform an autopsy, and a  copy of the report forwarded to Seller before determining if a replacement is to be made.  All expenses are the Buyer's responsibility including the shipping of a replacement puppy. Desending of testicles or inability to breed or perform in shows is not covered under this 12- month warranty.

This Warranty does not cover or No Refunds or exchanges will be given for Color, weight, temperament, desending of testicles or inablity to breed or perform in shows, and etc. cannot  be guaranteed in a young puppy.  However, Seller can make an educated guess based upon the parent's physical characteristics and personality, as well as previous litters.   This warranty does not cover or No refunds or exchanges of the puppy will be given. For what in the Toy Poodle breed is considered not uncommon :  hypoglycemia, open fontanel, patellar luxation, skin allergies, allergies, and seizures associated with hypoglycemia.  This warranty does not include uneven bites . 

I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR VACCINATIONS GIVEN BY VETERINARIAN or your self AFTER the PUPPY HAS LEFT MY CARE. I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN PROPER IMMUNIZATIONS NEEDED AT TIME OF SALE. It is your responablity to keep up on the rest of the vaccines.
