WHEN A NEW BREEDING IS ANNOUNCED ON THE WEBSITE, WE WILL START ACCEPTING $200-300 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS ON THE UPCOMING LITTER ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. WE WILL ASK THE BUYERS TO INDICATE WHETHER THEY ARE INTERESTED IN A MALE OR FEMALE.  SHOULD THE BREEDING NOT TAKE, YOU WILL HAVE THE CHOICE OF HAVING YOUR DEPOSIT REFUNDED OR, IF YOU PREFER, YOUR DEPOSIT CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO A FUTURE LITTER WITH EITHER THE SAME PICK OR ANY STILL AVAILABLE PICK. HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE COMMITTED TO A MALE/FEMALE PICK, AND THAT PICK IS AVAILABLE, THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. But if you wish to wait that is fine. Pups under $550.00 deposit are $150.00, and pups over $550.00 deposit are $200.00. Pups that are priced over $750.00 the deposit is $300.00

We will start taking a nonrefundable deposit of $150.00-300.00 for a puppy as soon as they are born. Pups are reserved in the order of deposits are received.  Deposits are good faith promises and are nonrefundable.. Once you contact us with your puppy choice we will hold that puppy for 3 business days at that time payment must be received to hold your puppy. We accept a check and cash in person on deposit only. But when picking up your pup cash only Please. Pups that are priced at $550 an under the deposit is $150.00. Pups that are 550-$700.00 the deposit is $200.00. Pups priced over $750.00 the deposit is $300.00.

Puppies are expected to be picked up by the 64th day after birth unless otherwise recommended. A fee of $7.00 per day will be charged after that date (not before 64 days). All Melmacks puppies have been started on de worming and vaccinations.

If you are out of state or shipping your puppy.The balance due on your puppy MUST be received by the time the puppy is 7 weeks old and including shipping or the puppy may be re-listed!

If we have to re-list the puppy because of non-payment your deposit will not be refunded. 

After 8 weeks I will re-list the puppy, If I have not been contacted and the puppy has not been paid in full. The puppy will be re-listed and no refunds will be given. The reason for this policy is because we have had to board puppy's and no longer can do this.

Prices go by size, color, and sex. Toy size will be on the lower side of the price scale and Tiny Toys and Teacups on the higher side of the price scale. 

Teacups will be priced on the higher side of the scale, because moms usually only have 1-3 pups. Tiny Toys start at $700-1,000 weight is 4.75-6lb for pet. Teacups start at $,1,000.00-$1,700.00 2-41/2lb for pet.

Deposit can be  Mailed just let us know which pup you are sending a  deposit for. Once you contact us with your choice we will hold the pup for 3 business days, at that time payment must be received to hold your puppy.  We will accept a check by mail for deposit. But when picking up your puppy cash only.
